We only stay for one night, it was decent for the price.

The personnel was very very kind and helpful.

The facilities kind of outdated. Smell to old furnitures when you get into the rooms. Only a few beach umbrellas which was annoying due the extreme heat during the day and you stay in an Ocean front All inclusive resort not to worry about this kind of issues.

The staff was amazing! The food was very good.

The souvenir store near the elevator clerks were rude and followed us around the store. The furniture in the hallway and room needs updating.

I liked the all inclusive!

That there wasn't enough information about the hotel, like what and where things within the hotel were. I had to keep asking. And they have live music inside, which is not great, as it's too loud. All for live music, but not inside.

Disappointing

Right up by a nice beach.

The resort is old and needs renovations. It rained and a very large piece of ceiling fell. Food is not good- nor the buffet or the restaurants. Not many activities (we had an ice cream course..... except that they didn't teach us how to make ice cream, they only told us the ingredients- it lasted 5 mins, I'm not kidding). At the beach, to sit under the beach canopy is $100 USD/day. The only other method of shade are a few umbrellas. There are about 8, and they are almost always taken for the full day, unless you're an early bird. Very few long chairs on the beach.

the food/drinks and no children allowed the entertainment was good

where do I start. you have to pay for wifi perday. everything is outdated and run down. my room key kept deactivating and all I had to do was call say a room number and they opened the door. that didn’t sit right with me because I could have said any room. and I think it was due to the communication barrier.

Will definitely come back again. Great service, food and views!

The service was excellent. Workers were very attentive and caring. Went out of their way to create a great time. Waitress Yessica did a great job of always being there and filling our cup up.

Just building itself its a little outdated. But the views are winner.

That they did not take into consideration that there were people from all over the world. And they seemed to cater towards just certain groups of people. Like large groups and everyone else seemed non important.

The view was amazing. Staff were friendly and understanding. Pier 12 restaurant was really good.

First, I requested a room with two full size beds, but when I arrived they gave me a room with a king bed. They were nice enough to put in an extra bed for us. Second, in two occasions, we were not able to get into our rooms due to a malfunction with the room keys. In one incident we waited over 20 minutes to get in. Third, our TV was not working. I called twice if they could fix it. No one ever came. Fourth, for an all inclusive hotel, I was disappointed to find out that you have to pay extra for wifi. I did speak with "Fernando" at the reception area and explained that I know its not his fault, but I am paying over $800.00 for my star and it is not worth it.

Comfortable. Good food & drinks.

Staff was amazing. Food was pretty good. They had 3 restaurants so you have good variety of options + their buffet during breakfast & lunch serves yummy food. Drinks were amazing! Do get the viagra shots. Again, staff is amazing.

The property is outdated. They should renovate. Rooms are old. This isn’t the resort’s fault but the place lacked a “party” vibe. It was mainly older, mature people. But at least there’s no kids.

Very fun resort with friendly staff and amazing activities personnel!

My favorite staff members were the activities team. They made my whole trip. They worked hard all day to keep things fun and interesting. There were a lot of physical activities. It made me feel like I was at a health resort. Bonus! We would totally recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun vacation!

The food in some of the restaurants was great but so-so in others. We stayed there 8 days and were pretty burnt out on the food by the end. WIFI was too expensive for the quality. Would have been nice if it was included or a little cheaper. Other than that, not much to complain about.

The Beach is excellent at this location.

The Beach is excellent at this location. And the staff polite and understanding. The food at the restaurants was also quite good.

The AC in the room was unable to dry up the air--the room was quite humid. There is no AC in the Buffet and this makes lunch there uncomfortable
